A great bike should fit perfectly from day one. We custom-build bicycles from the frame up to match your unique needs. Tell us how you ride, get sized on our purely custom™ fit bike, and hand-select your components to create a ride that is truly yours.
Only your legs should burn on a ride. If you feel discomfort anywhere else, our in‑house fit protocol can greatly improve both comfort and pedaling efficiency. Book a quick in‑person or video consult so we can assess your bike, pinpoint problem areas, and create a tailored fit plan.
Think of our service consultation as a bike check-up. We’ll review your riding frequency, conditions, and any recent issues, then outline recommended maintenance and timelines. You can leave your bike with us that day or bring it back at your scheduled time.

Schedule your appointment

General Classification works by appointment, but walk-ins are welcome during open hours and seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments have priority. If the schedule is full, we’re booked for the day.
